Join us with a group of others as we tackle big jumps, scrambles and caves Cornwall has to explore. 

Your sessions will run for a good two to two and half hours, Shoreline Activities provide all the specialist kit, wetsuits etc. 

For Coasteering you’ll need to bring your swimming kit, a pair of old trainers to protect your feet and an extra pair of old shorts to wear on top of your wetsuit to protect it from being cut on the rocks. 

Shoreline Activities will supply wetsuits and will need to know your heights, weights and build in order to bring along the correct sizes. You are welcome to use your own wetsuits if you prefer but just let us know. 

You don't need any experience to take part in this activity however being comfortable in deep water and having some swimming ability is required.

We can accommodate a wide range of ages across the many activities we provide but we'd recommend the following minimum age based on the strength and endurance required for this activity :

Coasteering - minimum age 12, water confidence and reasonable swimming ability
